International Conference on Computational and Systems Biology-iCCSB2009
Oct. 9-11, 2009
Shanghai, China.http://iCCSB2009.sjtu.edu.cn/
Key Dates:
July31, 2009: ** Paper Submission Deadline **
August 15, 2009: Paper Acceptance Notification
iCCSB2009, sponsored by the International Association of Scientists in the Interdisciplinary Areas(AISIA), partly supported by IEEE EMBS
(Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) and Shanghai Jiao Tong
University (SJTU) , will be held in Shanghai in Oct.9-11, 2009.
Theme of iCCSB2009 is "Computational and System Biology", more than 50 invited speakers have confirmed their attendings. 5 parallel sessions, posters and authors workshop will run in iCCSB2009.
Several hundred researchers from more than 30 countries have ensured their attendances, including a lot of leading scientists in related fields. We encourage and aid young researchers i.e. graduate students to take part in this event.
In this conference, several important awards on this field will be issued, i.e. 'The Excellent Poster Award' and 'Young Computational Biologist Award'.
Topics of parallel sessions:
*Systems biology
*Structure and molecular modeling
*Computational bio-nanoscience and bio-nanotechnology
*Genomics, proteomics and metabolomics
*Computational biology and environmental sciences
