One postdoctoral position in computational system biology is available
in the research group of Ao Ma in the Department of Physiology and
Biophysics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. The research
subject is stochastic modeling of the regulatory network of spindle
dynamics during cell mitosis. The project involves close interaction
with experimental groups, and will provide a unique and exciting
research experience.
Applicants should have a PhD in a relevant field, a strong background in system biology or computational physics/chemistry and excellent programming skills. The starting date is negotiable, and applications will be received until the position is filled. The initial appointment is for one year with reappointment for a second or a third year upon mutual agreement.
