POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS IN THEORETICAL BIOPHYSICS

Multiple postdoctoral positions are available in the Theoretical Cellular Physics Section of Biochemistry and Biophysics Center at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD. Applicants should have Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry, physics, applied mathematics, or engineering. Candidates are expected to have open mind, theoretical modeling experiences in biophysics, and strong computational skills. Projects would utilize different statistical mechanics techniques to investigate mechanochemical couplings in various cellular processes, including membrane mechanics, cytoskeleton dynamics, and reaction networks.
